New Warehouse Storage System

Dear Customers,

Due to the increased order volume and high warehouse workload, new storage rules for items and parcels will take effect starting May 18, 2026.

Item Storage

  • 60 calendar days — free storage
  • Days 61–90 — 10 JPY per day
  • Days 91–120 — 25 JPY per day
  • Starting from day 121, items may be disposed of if there are insufficient funds available on the account balance.

Once items are consolidated into a parcel, item storage terms no longer apply and parcel storage terms become effective.

Parcel Storage

  • 45 calendar days — free storage
  • Starting from day 46 — 100 JPY per parcel per day
  • After 30 days of paid parcel storage, parcels may be disposed of if storage fees remain unpaid.

For items and parcels received before the launch of the updated storage system, paid storage terms will become effective 60 days after May 18, 2026.
